This is a specially arranged Social skill program for corporations and organizations based on our experiences of developing foreign human resources for international students and working adults.
This program covers several themes such as the following; social issues which are Japan and the world are facing, politics, economy, law, religion, ands culture.
While expanding the understanding of different cultures and the ability to perform to appropriate behavior, also to improve the communication skills of "speaking" and "listening" at the same time.

For leaders to managers who are expected to perform well with cross cultural communication skills in the global environment.
In addition to practical Japanese communication skills, it is ideal for developing the ability to perform success in the cross-cultural environment of Japan.
