Announcement of COVID-19 infection (as of 09.12.2020)
Today, we have confirmed one of our current students to be positive for COVID-19.
We have received reports that the student has contracted the virus though the roommate and not within our school.
In addition, the current student has not attended school since Thursday, December 3, and has been asked to stay home until December 18 by the health center.
In response to this, we have taken measures to close the school on December 10 and 11, and implement disinfection measures in the school. Furthermore, students and teachers who may have had close contact with the student in concern within the past two weeks are instructed to conduct PCR testing and to stay home until the results are revealed.
We will respond promptly to this case in cooperation with health centers and medical institutions.
Our school has been implementing thorough infection control measures for some time, and we continue to devote our efforts to prevent the spread of the virus and will continue to prioritize the health and well-being of our students.
