INFORMATION

To all international students,

In order to provide a safe learning environment for students, TCJ promptly conducts corona vaccination for all staff and students in the school.
Students wishing to be vaccinated should fill out the registration form (*not mandatory).

[Cost] Free
[Vaccine] Moderna / 2 doses at 4-week intervals.
[Other] Vaccine tickets issued by the local government are not required.

The following are things to keep in mind when getting vaccinated!!
1. Medical examination before vaccination
　　1．In Japan, you need to fill out a 14-question medical questionnaire before getting vaccinated. Based on the results of the questionnaire and the medical examination, the doctor will determine whether the person is eligible for vaccination or not.
　　2．After hearing the doctor's decision and an explanation of the benefits and side effects of the vaccine, the person decides whether or not to have the vaccine.
　　3．The medical questionnaire is in Japanese, but it is also available in English, Arabic, Chinese, French, and many other languages. Please refer to them for reference.

2．Precautions
1．Wear comfortable clothing that can easily expose the shoulder where the vaccine will be administered.
2．Stay in the vaccination area for at least 15 minutes after injection.
3．If you feel anything unusual, notify your doctor immediately.
4．After the vaccination, continue to take basic precautions such as wearing a mask, washing hands, or avoiding crowded, confined, or close spaces.
