Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"block-container mod--senior-voice-text\">\n\t\t<div class=\"senior-voice-text\">\n\t\t\t<p>I have been accepted into the doctoral course in health and welfare management at the International University of Health and Welfare. Although the percentage of the population over 65 years of age in Taiwan is now higher than in the rest of the world, the current vertical integration of hospitals and nursing homes in Taiwan is not yet complete, and there is still room for improvement in home care policies. I decided to study abroad because I was interested in Japan, which has already put in place various policies for the aging population. Health and welfare management is the field I want to study. Also, I think that the five affiliated hospitals provide a favorable environment for conducting clinical research. I would like to continue my research in this field in the future.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"block-container mod--senior-voice-title\">\n\t\t<div class=\"senior-voice-title\">\n\t\t\tWhat are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"block-container mod--senior-voice-text\">\n\t\t<div class=\"senior-voice-text\">\n\t\t\t<p>In the future, I would like to return to Taiwan and be able to contribute to problem solving and system improvement in government agencies and healthcare organizations that are facing challenges in healthcare integration. For this purpose, I need to understand the government&#8217;s health care policy and the issues on the hospital side, so I want to learn about health and welfare management through my research. I would like to compare the current situation and integration of the systems in both Japan and Taiwan, and after understanding the root causes, I would like to propose improvement plans for the Taiwanese system.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"block-container mod--senior-voice-title\">\n\t\t<div class=\"senior-voice-title\">\n\t\t\tPlease give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"block-container mod--senior-voice-text\">\n\t\t<div class=\"senior-voice-text\">\n\t\t\t<p>When choosing a school, I chose TCJ because it offers different courses depending on the needs of the students: university, graduate school, vocational school and employment. The teachers took the classes very seriously and adjusted the course content according to the students&#8217; level. I had to understand the classes well because I needed to learn a language in order to get into graduate school, and sometimes I reviewed them in the study room. With the guidance and support of my instructor, I was able to successfully pass the entrance examinations. I hope the students who are dreaming of studying abroad will follow the teachings of TCJ teachers and study hard after entering the
