Japanese Level at Admission / N2
Q. What kind of career path did you take after graduating from TCJ? Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.
After graduating from TCJ, I am going to start my new life at the Faculty of Plastic Arts at Musashino Art University. Although I studied business Japanese in my home country, I was interested in museums, art museums, and art management by some chance, so I came to Japan with the ambition to enter an art university.
Q. What are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.
Since I am enrolled in the faculty of Musashino Art University, I prefer to spend the next two years learning the fundamentals of art in a solid way. My future goal is to pursue an art-related career after graduation, working in art museums, galleries, and auction houses. For this reason, I think it is also necessary to learn something about business in the future.
Q. Please give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.
My Japanese tutor in China was a student of TCJ's Japanese language teacher program. The teachers at TCJ were very kind and responsible, especially my homeroom teacher, Ms. Goto, who helped me a lot when I was working on my thesis portfolio. Although I was a Japanese major before I enrolled in TCJ, I was very weak in speaking and listening. Through my studies at TCJ and my part-time job after school, I was able to improve my Japanese language skills.
