Japanese Level at Admission / N1
What kind of career path did you take after graduating from TCJ? Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.
I entered the Graduate School of Education at Yokohama National University. I realized that the Japanese I learned from textbooks was quite different from how native Japanese speakers speak. I would like to research what I can do as a teacher to teach more realistic Japanese to Japanese language learners.
What are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.
In the future, I would like to work at a Japanese language school. I often hear that many learners have trouble understanding Japanese speech. As a solution to this problem, our goal is to teach Japanese that is often used in everyday life. Therefore, I plan to hone my skills in graduate school to achieve that goal.
Please give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.
I think the classes at TCJ are interesting and will really activate your brain. We also provide regular career counseling. Furthermore, TCJ offers a wide range of extracurricular activities. In addition to studying, you will have the opportunity to enjoy Japanese culture. We also have fully equipped facilities and an environment that we hope you will take advantage of.
