Japanese Level at Admission / N1
What kind of career path did you take after graduating from TCJ? Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.
I enrolled in the Graduate School of International Liberal Arts at Juntendo University. After studying at a Japanese language school for over a year, my own experience and the examination experiences of other students led me to develop a deep interest in the integration of diverse cultures and international education. Following the study of academic papers and specialized subjects, I wrote my current research proposal.
What are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.
After graduation, I aim to work in relevant positions at international organizations, where I can apply the knowledge and research achievements gained from my graduate studies to contribute to the development of international education initiatives. While my current focus is on studying different cultures, I recognize the importance of acquiring knowledge in fields such as education and psychology. I am committed to studying a wide range of disciplines so that I can pursue a career where I can contribute internationally.
Please give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.
At TCJ, classes were divided by career path and level from the time of enrollment, which allowed me to smoothly progress in my Japanese studies and preparation for further education. The self-study rooms were always available for use, and I encourage everyone to make good use of them. When I enrolled at TCJ, I was at the JLPT N5 level, but I was able to pass the N1 level by the time of the exam. Since admission to graduate school is time-sensitive and requires N1 proficiency, I recommend passing the N1 level in your home country before coming to Japan.
