What kind of career path did you take after graduating from TCJ? Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.
I entered the Mechanical Systems field at Tokyo City University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. At university, I majored in electrical engineering and joined a laboratory that primarily conducted research on small robots. During this time, he has been involved in several major projects, and his most notable accomplishment is the development of a small ROS robot that he designed himself. However, I would like to acquire knowledge about mechanical structures through graduate school lectures, project practice, and research activities. We believe that through these learning and research experiences, we will not only be able to fill gaps in machine design knowledge, but also gain a deeper understanding of how robotics technology is applied in the real world.
What are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.
In the future, I hope to join Japan's leading robotics technology companies such as SoftBank Robotics, FANUC, and Kawasaki Robotics. Currently, my main areas of study are mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, and I plan to deeply research technologies such as artificial intelligence in the future. These are the essential knowledge base for working in an advanced robotics technology company. I believe that through extensive study and practice in these technical fields, I can contribute to technological innovation and development in Japan and the world.
Please give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.
The teachers at TCJ are very kind and continue to talk to me even after class. It helped me a lot to improve my oral language skills. They also encouraged me when I made mistakes or got stuck on words, which really helped me overcome my fear of speaking Japanese. When I first came to Japan, I couldn't even fully distinguish the Japanese syllabary, but now I can have a good conversation with Japanese people. I think this is the biggest advancement that TCJ has brought to us.
