What kind of career path did you take after graduating from TCJ? Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.
After graduating, I was interested in design and the dessert industry, and I was drawn to the complexity and difficulty of cross-border trade. Therefore, I chose to work for a Korean dessert and cross-border trading company based in Japan. In this company, I am responsible for designing products, logos, and more. This job allows me to utilize my creativity and design skills, and it provides me with opportunities to continue learning and growing in an international environment. I am confident that this job will provide me with valuable experience and a strong foundation for shaping my future career.
What are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.
My dream is to own my own atelier and operate a specialty store selling unique products designed by myself. By enhancing my design skills and continuing to learn, I aim to create unique styles and high-quality products that captivate more customers. Furthermore, I want to strive to create a warm and creative brand that provides customers with a delightful shopping experience. My pursuit is not only commercial success but also the ability to convey positive energy and beauty through my creations. I am determined to achieve this goal and pursue my dream.
Please give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.
As a former student of TCJ, I highly recommend utilizing the resources and opportunities provided by the school to incoming and current students. I chose TCJ for its high-quality classes and rich cultural experiences, and after enrolling, I experienced the enthusiastic guidance of the teachers and the friendly atmosphere among classmates. To improve my Japanese language skills, I not only diligently completed class assignments but also actively participated in extracurricular activities such as language exchange meetings and cultural programs. Additionally, I found part-time work after school to enhance my ability to use Japanese in daily life through practical experience. Furthermore, I participated in private lessons and language exchange sessions to strengthen my listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in Japanese. The efforts made during my studies at TCJ will undoubtedly bear fruit in the future, so I encourage you to do your best.
