What kind of career path did you take after graduating from TCJ? Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.
I entered the College of Liberal Arts at Oberlin University. I chose this department because I have always had an interest in the global environment and wanted to contribute to the realization of a sustainable future. In particular, I am interested in the relationship between environmental issues and social issues, so I am thinking about ways to work on the environment and sociology at the same time, and how to achieve both global environmental protection and social development. We would like to continue to deepen our research aimed at harmonizing the environment and society and contribute to a sustainable future.

What are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.
My dream is to become an environmental sociologist. Through interdisciplinary research and practice, we hope to contribute to building a sustainable future. I want to deeply understand the interrelationships between environmental and social issues and find innovative ways to solve them through field research and community engagement. My goal is to promote the harmony between environmental protection and social development and contribute to a better world through my efforts and influence.
Please give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.
During my studies at TCJ, I improved from N5 to N2 level and was finally able to get into university. The active support of teachers was essential to achieving this goal. I hope that you will actively communicate with your teacher during your future studies. I also believe that it is important to interact with classmates from different countries. Doing so will help you improve your Japanese skills. Please do your best to achieve your dreams.
