Japanese Level at Admission / N1
What kind of career path did you take after graduating from TCJ? Also, please tell us the reason why you chose your career path.
I enrolled in the International Studies Department at university. Originally, I had an interest in global poverty issues, and I chose this department because there was a seminar where I could study about it. In the seminar, we mainly focus on international issues and study about global poverty problems. In fact, I have conducted field surveys in poverty-stricken areas of Asia, allowing me to see and confirm the problems with my own eyes. I hope to continue conducting research in this field diligently in the future.
What are your goals and dreams for the future? Please be as specific as possible.
In the future, I aspire to work for international cooperation organizations such as the United Nations, UNICEF, JICA, or in companies that provide financial and economic support to countries facing poverty issues. Currently, my studies focus on international relations, but I understand that knowledge in economics, law, and other fields will also be necessary. I aim to study a wide range of subjects so that I can pursue a career where I can contribute internationally.
Please give some advice to students who will join TCJ in the future and current students based on your experience.
At TCJ, classes were divided by career path and level from the time of enrollment, which allowed me to smoothly progress in my Japanese studies and preparation for further education. The self-study rooms were always available for use, and I encourage everyone to make good use of them. When I enrolled at TCJ, I was at the JLPT N4 level, but I was able to pass the N1 level by the time of the exam. I am grateful to the teachers who taught me so diligently. The efforts I put in at TCJ will definitely lead to success in the future. Keep up the good work!
