SENIOR VOICE
I entered the Faculty of Economics at Hosei University. I believe that economics has always been the study of making people happy. Economics is the study of money, trade and assets, which are essential to our lives. I thought it would be very meaningful to study economics from the perspective of everyday life, which is why I joined the Department of Economics. Through various classes, I also came to understand that human economic activity is deeply related to behavioral psychology. In order to avoid blind consumption in this capitalist world, I believe that knowledge of economics will become more and more important in the future.
In the future, I want to become a state official. I believe the responsibility of a national civil servant is that manage the economic and social order and the nation’s public resources, maintain a legal society. Of course, the reasons of choosing this job are because it is more stable, and there are also lots of benefits, but I think the most important thing is that it allows me to interact with many people who live in my country.
TCJ has a small class size so that the teachers could be very attentive to every students. I had passed the JLPT N1 before I came to Japan, but I think I still studied very hard in TCJ’s college preparatory classes. I also went to cramming school for the first year, but from my own experience, I don’t think it’s very useful. My homeroom teachers at TCJ have been very helpful in helping me with college interviews and essays, so I don’t have to worry about it. I wish all of you who are currently enrolled in TCJ and those who are considering enrolling in TCJ the best of luck and a bright future.
