Refund Policy (Student Visa Program)
Once paid, the entrance examination fee will not be refunded regardless of the reason, even if you cancel before applying for a Certificate of Eligibility.
Cancellation after application
If you cancel your study abroad program after the Certificate of Eligibility has been issued, the entrance examination fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation before coming to Japan
If you cancel your study abroad program due to unavoidable circumstances before arriving in Japan after paying tuition fees, we will refund your tuition fees on the condition that you notify us in writing of the reason for your cancellation and return the Certificate of Eligibility and Certificate of Admission. Refundable tuition fees, excluding the entrance examination fee and the administration fee 55,000 yen (tax included).
Cancellation of classes after enrollment
If you cancel your study abroad program after enrollment due to unavoidable circumstances, you must notify us in writing to receive a refund. If you have been enrolled for more than 6 months, you are eligible for a refund of tuition for a term that has not started at the time of submission, minus a 20% tuition cancellation fee (if you have been enrolled for less than 6 months, tuition fee up to the 6th month will not be refunded).
In the event of expulsion
Students who violate laws and regulations while studying abroad and are expelled from the school will not be eligible for a refund of tuition fees.
*There are no refunds for entrance examination fees, enrollment fees, equipment and materials fees, or study abroad insurance.
