A Comprehensive Japanese
Language Institution
with History and Tradition
TCJ is a comprehensive Japanese language education institution with over 35 years of history and tradition. Various learners of Japanese, including international students, working people, and people living in Japan, have studied at TCJ and realized their dreams and goals. TCJ is a school where students from more than 80 countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, Central and South America, and Oceania gather at any given time, creating a multinational environment where international exchange is possible on a daily basis. The school is also one of the largest and most experienced institutions for training Japanese language teachers, and is highly regarded both in Japan and abroad for its Japanese language education capabilities.
In order for international students to realize their dreams and goals in Japan, the school provides not only written exam preparation, but also classes to improve Japanese communication skills and careful career guidance to achieve a high level of success in higher education and employment. In addition, our courses for working and living people provide practical Japanese lessons that emphasize the conversational skills necessary for work and daily life, and are chosen by many individuals and companies.
ISO29991 certification
TCJ is certified according to ISO 29991:2020, the international standard for language learning services. ISO 29991:2020 specifies requirements for language learning services and aims to improve the transparency and reliability of language learning services, protect consumers, and improve the quality of language learning The standard aims to improve transparency and reliability of language learning services, protect consumers, and enhance the quality of language learning. With this certification, TCJ’s language learning services are now recognized as meeting the requirements of the international standard, and TCJ will continue its efforts to continuously improve the quality of its Japanese language learning services.
Quality Control System
for Education
TCJ continues to improve the quality of its Japanese language education by training and hiring its own teachers for its Japanese language teacher training courses and by conducting continuous quality improvement activities. TCJ has also developed learning methods, in-house teaching materials, and assessments to maximize learning efficiency, and has a well-developed ICT educational environment. We are a Japanese language institution that provides a world-class learning environment for those who are serious about learning Japanese.
Outstanding Access
TCJ’s Tokyo School is located in front of JR Shinanomachi Station in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, and offers courses for both international students and working and living people. It is blessed with a quiet and ideal location for learning, overlooking the Jingu Gaien Garden. The Osaka School is also located in front of Osaka Umeda Station, offering excellent accessibility. The Osaka school offers courses for working and living people.

TCJ’s mission is to enrich the lives of Japanese language learners around the world by providing the world’s highest standard of Japanese language education as a comprehensive Japanese language institute. TCJ has students from more than 80 countries, including international students, working and living in Japan, and online students from abroad, all with different reasons for studying and different goals. That is why we place great importance on setting individual learning goals for each student and working with them to help them achieve them.
