Before enrolling, what was your biggest challenge when learning Japanese?

My biggest challenge was speaking Japanese. I could understand Japanese, but I was not confident when Speaking.

Why did you choose TCJ out of all the schools?

I chose TCJ because I heard that it has a good learning environment and experienced teachers. I also liked that TCJ focuses on practical Japanese communication, not only grammar and textbooks. I wanted to improve my Japanese speaking skills and use Japanese confidently in my daily life. I felt that TCJ was the right school for me to achieve my goals.

Please share a specific example of a time when, after taking a TCJ class, you felt that “my Japanese was understood!” or “I’ve improved!”

I have improved

What do you like most about the teacher’s teaching style and the class atmosphere?

I like that the teachers explain things clearly and are very supportive. If I do not understand something, they explain it again patiently. I also like the friendly and comfortable atmosphere in the class. It makes me feel more confident to ask questions and speak Japanese
