TCJ Japanese Language School Holds October 2026 Entrance Ceremony
On October 7, 2026, TCJ Japanese Language School welcomed its new students for the October term and held its entrance ceremony.
This was also the first entrance ceremony since TCJ became a nationally accredited Japanese language educational institution recognized by Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and officially began using its new name, TCJ Japanese Language School.
It marked a special new beginning for both TCJ and our new students.
During the ceremony, three new students took the stage as student representatives and shared their thoughts on studying in Japan, as well as their expectations for the school life ahead.
This year, we also introduced a special interactive activity for students and teachers to enjoy together.
The homeroom teachers for the October term and the new students played a game of charades. The teachers used gestures and facial expressions to act out the clues, while the students tried to guess the answers. The activity quickly brought smiles and a relaxed atmosphere to the venue.
At the end of the game, our principal was suddenly invited to join the challenge as well!
So, what do you think the principal was trying to act out?
We’ll leave the answer to your imagination!
With the arrival of autumn, our new students are now beginning a new chapter of study and life in Tokyo.
Learning Japanese, meeting new friends, and adjusting to a new environment may sometimes feel challenging, but we hope each experience will also bring new discoveries and opportunities for growth.
A warm welcome to all of our October-term students!
We hope your time at TCJ Japanese Language School will be both fulfilling and memorable, and that each of you will take confident steps toward your own goals.
