SENIOR VOICE

After graduation, I plan to enter the Graduate School of Law and Business Administration at Meiji Gakuin University. My major in college was real estate development and management. I am convinced that knowledge of law and management is indispensable to become a person who can promote the development of the real estate industry, and I hope to continue my studies in this graduate school. After enrolling, I hope to learn about diversity management and human resource management of companies, focusing on the issue of securing human resources. During my studies, I hope to conduct an empirical study of small and medium-sized enterprises in the information service industry and conduct in-depth research on the issue of securing human resources.

After graduating from graduate school, I hope to use my knowledge of business administration and law, as well as my real estate expertise from college, to enter a real estate company in Japan. The foreigner community is an important part of a diverse society and is essential to Japanese society. Therefore, I hope to contribute to the realization of a diverse society and the development of real estate information services for foreigners, and to provide people with a secure and happy place to live.

TCJ’s courses focus on improving students’ communication skills, and classes are conducted in small group discussions and presentations. Thanks to this class format, I have made great progress in my Japanese language skills and am able to communicate fluently and naturally in various situations on a daily basis. In addition, the teacher in charge of each class offered advice not only on studying but also on troubles related to life in Japan. I am very grateful to the teachers who taught me carefully. I hope that the efforts you have made while studying at TCJ will bear fruit in the future, and that you will do your best.
