VIP Private Lessons
Before enrolling, my biggest challenge was finding a Japanese language school or program that could accommodate my constantly changing schedule. As an MBA student who was also doing an internship and managing other academic and professional commitments, my availability varied considerably from week to week.
Most of the programs I came across followed fixed class schedules, which made it difficult for me to commit consistently. I wanted to study Japanese seriously, but I also needed the flexibility to adjust lesson times when my university, internship, or other responsibilities changed unexpectedly.
Finding a program that offered structured learning while still allowing this level of scheduling flexibility was therefore my biggest challenge. I needed something that could fit around my existing commitments rather than requiring me to organize everything else around a fixed Japanese class schedule.
I thought the VIP lessons of TCJ would solve my issue.
While watching anime, I am more conscious about the word usage, grammar and structure.
What I like most about my teacher’s teaching style is the personal attention that comes with the one-on-one lessons. She is patient and adapts the pace and content of each lesson based on my understanding and progress. I can freely ask questions whenever I am unsure about something, and she takes the time to explain it clearly.
Even though the lessons are conducted through Zoom, they feel very interactive and comfortable. The private setting makes it easier for me to practice speaking, make mistakes without hesitation, and focus on areas where I need more improvement. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, supportive, and encouraging, which makes the lessons enjoyable and keeps me motivated to continue learning Japanese.
